Hagley Hills

Next week we kick off our annual Hagley Hills workouts. Meet up Thursday, Feb. 7th, at the Tower Hill School parking lot at 5:45pm. We do an easy 2 mile warmup and then run hill repeats by Hagley Museum. This is a great way to build strength for Caesar Rodney or whatever your training goal might be. Its also a great opportunity for runners of all skill levels to come out. Since we are running up and down a hill no one gets too far ahead or behind. We will do this on Thursday for the next 6 weeks (Last one March 14th).
