Delaware Running Club

Sat., Oct. 23, Evening, Delaware Sports Club's Annual Fall Fling Gala Event, Figure Eight Barn at Bellevue State Park.   Great food, drinks, live music, and a silent auction.   All proceeds benefit our college scholarship fund for deserving Delaware runners.   More details coming soon!

Results for the July 17th running of the 4 Pete's Sake 5K are now posted here.

We've received several inquiries on the status of our group runs during the summer.   The training schedule on the website has been updated, and yes, the runs are continuing throughout the summer.   Join us Mon. and Thurs. evenings at 5:30 PM at Tower Hill and Sat. mornings at 7 AM (7/10 - AI, 7/17 - 4 Pete's Sake 5K at Buckleys, 7/24 - JCC trail, 7/31 - AI).   Stay cool!   Stay hydrated!
